What's Open ("we", "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why.

WHAT WE COLLECT • Account info: email and password (via Supabase Auth) • Vendor profile (vendors only): truck/stand name, category, description, photo, phone, Instagram • Location: GPS coordinates only while a vendor is "Live." Customers' locations are never stored.

HOW WE USE IT • Show live vendors on the public map • Authenticate your account • That's it. We don't sell or share your data.

LOCATION Vendor location is broadcast in real time only when "Go Live" is on. Tapping "Go Offline" stops broadcasting and clears your coordinates from our database.

DATA STORAGE Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL). You can delete your account by emailing [email protected].

THIRD PARTIES • Supabase — auth, database, storage • Apple Maps — map rendering (no API key, no tracking by us)

CHILDREN Not directed to children under 13.
